Act as a portrait photographer and casting director preparing notes before a shoot. I am uploading a photo of myself.

7. **The One Change With The Biggest Return** — a single sentence.

Rules: everything you say must be traceable to something visible in the photo. If you cannot see something clearly, say so instead of guessing. Do not comment on weight, ethnicity, or age beyond what is needed for the photographic notes. Do not moralise or add reassurance — write it as working notes.
